  • Have a lovely day :D X
  • So DH has paid his fine to the HMRC and that leaves us with £725. I was going to pay it off the CC's:

A - Off the BC, reducing that balance to £3315

    or

B - Clear the Cap One

But a big part of me is thinking of moving it over to my Principality to start my pots off for next year.

I did say to DH that I'd pay it off the BC as they charge us £50 interest every month.

    I'm undecided!!!

Is the cap one interest free? or which of the cards has the highest interest rate?

I'd say the BC, the MBNA is on 0% until 2019 and the interest on the Cap One is virtually nothing.

Is the MBNA at its limit or could you transfer more over? No chance of one of you getting another 0% to move some of the BC over?

I'm not sure. Paying it off the BC is the option that stands out but then saving in to your pots would too :o

How about you pay half and save half?

My dad always said 'if in doubt do nothing', but he knew how stubborn I was lol

Okay....how about £500 off the BC and the rest over to the pots account?
