Morning,
It's Saturday (in case you didn't know! :rotfl:) start of a week off for DH and a busy weekend ahead.
Bank account checked, all is ok there.
Splashed out and had a curry last night, we've a really good and fairly cheap curry house where we live and we always get free poppadoms
Survey sites checked, only OP done so far.
DH got a letter from Capital One regarding a new card, he just needs to fill a form in and send it back. They've also changed his account number.
Things to do:- Washing
- Ironing
- Food shop
- Meal plan
- Cooking for the week - if needed
- Housework type stuff

Have a lovely weekend x0

Thanks HI, you too xx
Food shop done, really big shop as it's the beginning of the month and we'd run out of most things. Extras bought are dishwasher tablets and dishwasher salt, both will keep us going for 2-3 months.
Menu plan done, few bits I need to cook. Making Hairy Bikers meatloaf for dinner with mash and peas. Need to find out off DS if he's got cadets or not as this affects if I need to use a big pack of mince or a small one for the cottage pie for Monday's dinner.
We should need very little this month, if everything works out.
I also bought some AF wine, not Eisberg this time but Sainsburys own brand.
Straightened our bed, so don't need to do that tonight.
DH doing the washing and is currently ironing.
DS has gone swimming with a girl friend and her brother, he's assured me that she is only a friend.0 -
Have a lovely weekend, that meatloaf looks good (looked it up)!

Not sure if you do this but years ago I was advised to always only use half a dishwasher tablet. Was someone I worked with who had a relative who was an appliance repairman. He reckoned you should only use half a tablet as they tend to get clogged up inside.. I've always done it and never feel my stuffs not clean0

Thanks for the tip0 -
Morning,
Dinner last night was supposed to be Hairy Bikers meatloaf from their diet book. Instead we had Hairy Bikers chilli instead: http://www.hairybikers.com/recipes/view/chilli-con-carne#YHmS72xPTdgAaLQt.97
Need to get some cooking done today, making Joes chicken pie from the Lean in 15 book for dinner.
Have a great day everyone x0 -
How was the chili? I'm now poking around their recipe website, I'm definitely going to have to try some of these myself.0

It was lovely, we use the same recipe for enchiladas that they do.0 -
Oh some of them look good, might have to give it a try!
Hope you're having a good day x0
