  • Thanks Knit-Witch much appreciated. Does this one run for 13 weeks again?

Count me in for the next challenge.

Secretly I'd love to lose 18lb which will take me out of this stone, all the way through the next and just into the one below. Psychologically that would be a real boost. However, I weighed less than that when I was at the end of both my pregnancies which just shows you how much I still have to lose.
Realistically I'm going to aim for 14 lb. The last time I weighed that was in 1986. It was in the recession and we had just bought a new house, mortgage rates were sky high and it was very scary to say the least.

    Morning all.

WI today and I can report a STS. I am still purple on the chart but nearly back to the starting point :)
I should have registered that the summer hols is not a time where I can lose easily.

Please put me down for 6 again Knit Witch.

The weather is cooling off, and if I can shift the Plantar Faciitis then I can get out more with the dogs. I have also asked for the minimum membership of the local spa for xmas (3 evenings a year) mainly because it allows me to use the nice gym next door on a PAYG basis. Since I still can't run I am going to try and do some classes whilst DD is in her 'girl cave' revising for GCSEs.

  • This really isn't working. Another bad week - I came down with something last week and haven't been exercising or food prepping so eating crap.

I'll weigh in on Friday and set a goal. Actually this tends to be the best time of year for me to lose weight for some reason so I am hopeful.
    Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18
    Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o

I hope you feel better soon - I had noticed the lack of MFP updates.

  • Hey Guys,

I would really like to join, if I may?
I'm using My Fitness Pal (MFP) to track my calories and macros, and trying to stay high protein, but I'm lacking accountability.

I'm trying to set myself small goals, so if we're doing this on a 13 week cycle, I would aim to lose 14lbs in that time.

Do let me know if there is anything else I need to do.
