  • Can i join the challenge please? Just got an invite to a wedding. Haven't seen some of the other guests in 15 years when i was two stone lighter !!!55357;!!!56866; always complaining about my weight so hoping this will be a good incentive to stick with it. zafiro, good luck at the show, how long are you going away for?

Thanks Dumpling, Came back late late last night. Only took 2 horses, 4 in-hand classes entered - did no ridden classes, the mare is a brood mare and the colt is only just three. Did OK: 1 first, 2 seconds, 1 third. Enjoyed ourselves and caught up with loads of old friends/breeders of over 20yrs.

Knit Witch - Unfortunately, the excesses of eating not to mention the vino over the last 4 days meant it's STS - sorry

Ok, a fresh start and a 2nd 8 weeks on the Blood Sugar Diet. I think I lost 24 or 25lbs last time but have put a few lbs on over the last month.

    Weight today - 11 stones 13 (highest weight was 13 stones 6)

B - scrambled eggs and smoked salmon

    L - avocado and sardine

T - Spanish chicken and peas

    All BSD
  • Thanks for the welcome. Setting my target at 7 pounds.

Starting weight is 11 stone 5 so i don't forget.

Today was my birthday so wasn't that good. Went to the zoo and very limited food choices so will be starting properly tomorrow! Must be prepared when eating out,esp as i am intolerant to dairy and wheat.

Well after my shockingly bad behaviour last week I have managed to loose -4lb of the 5lb I put on.

B mini shredded wheat, yog, fruit
    S cereal bar
L bulgar wheat, salad and lo roast beef, apple
D jacket pot, cheese, broccoli and some of my mums panko fried chicken, it's so nice, but in my defence there were 3 pieces in my plate and I put one back.....
