A STS week for me. A bit disappointing because I've been very, very good.
However, I am away next week for Brother's Golden Wedding celebrations so it will be 2 weeks before I'm back - probably fatter.I believe that friends are quiet angels

A 1lb weight loss for me, salads seem to help as I've not really counted calories last week but I over dosed on the ice-cream.0

Apologies for being late to the party this week, I tried to undo some of the bad choices I'd made earlier on but it didn't help so it's a STS for me too.2026 Jan spends = £

I have been having limited success due to water infections (now have cancelled one of my tablets and the antibiotics have now worked) and have managed to lose about a stone before I went for my new hip. Have not been on scales since op on 16th but am asking if anyone knows if the new hip will "show up" when I do get on scales. Like to have advanced knowledge so I will not freak out if I have put on loads even though my eating has been a bit hit and miss and have been very careful. Thanks.0

It appears from a quick internet search and then a chat with a friend that you might well have quite a bit of extra fluid gain. So be kind to yourself for a while..it is a big operation!0
