I have a horrible cold. Good thing that there is nothing unhealthy here or i would have eaten it. My nose is rubbed raw !!!9785;
Currently its all chicken stock cubes made up in a mug or fruit teas.
I had a nice steak for dinner though.

Hello, please may I join the last half of this challenge? My weight has yo-yo'd over the last 20 years and I really need to get a grip before I hit 50! Please may I go for 6lbs loss, so 1lb per week?
I have put some overnight oats in the fridge, so that's breakfast sorted. Lunch is lo chicken from tonight's tea, and I will have a large green salad with it.

This weekend has been a bit of a write off. Wedding last night and drank too much wine/had too much beige at the buffet. My stomach was not happy and I spent most of the night rushing to the toilet...
Today started well but has disolved into Rocky road, rich tea biscuits and a hot chocolate.

Thank you for adding me to the thread, much appreciated.
Stood on the scales this morning and was horrified, so I definitely need to eat better.
B - overnight oats, eaten at work in two stages this morning
L - 2 skinless chicken thighs marinated in soy, ginger and chilli, half a plate of green salad with 1/5th curry loaf (old SW recipe)
D - beef stir fry strips, stir fry veg, angel hair noodles.
S - apple, 2 satsumas
I definitely need to drink more - only had three cups of tea all day, so busy at work after having a weeks leave. Managed to resist the never ending supply of biscuits we always seem to have in the office, so a small victory there!

Today I made sure I had more to drink. At least six cups of tea and a diet cola.
B - G0 ahead fruit slices
L - 3 slices lean ham, 1/5th curry loaf, large green salad
D - Pi33a Expre33 salad nicoise *
S - apple and satsuma
* unplanned evening out with friends.
Will do overnight oats for tomorrow as those fruit slices were a bit naughty really.

None of my clothes fit me nicely and I'm really low about it, so keeping track on here will, I hope, keep me going with this.

L - jacket pot, micro pot of baked beans, green salad
D - SW carbonara
S - 2 satsumas, apple
My fitness tracker said I did 45 mins walking yesterday (commuting, taking stairs etc.) Hoping for a bit more today as I have errands to run at lunchtime.
