Hi Coxy:wave::wave:
I ate too much watching the ice skating while coughing. Teenage daughter of client most annoying. I am very glad mine are all grown up.0 -
Hi all,
Today I had:
B - 2 x wholemeal toast (400g loaf), scraping of marg and marmalade, melon and grape pot
L - coconut and lime chicken breast with crunchy salad
D - pork stir fry with noodles
S - 2 x satsumas, apple (think I need to mix this up a bit, but it's all I have in the fruit bowl)

L shared a calamari starter with Mum then had a holumii salad

Charcoal croissant...sounds odd?0
-
I just googled that croissant - not sure I could eat it, looks odd (sorry SIRENS!)
Think I will weigh in on Saturday which means not quite a week for me as I started on Monday. Have proudly managed to dodge chocolate and biscuits at work this week. Small wins.

've completely gone off the rails this week and have been on a huge sugar binge. I hate to think how many calories I've consumed or how many lbs I'll have put on...
I was doing so, so well, no idea what wen't wrong.
Anyway, the only thing I can do it to draw a (big, fat) line under it all and get back on the horse as it were. New goal for the next week (to next saturday) is to have STS. I don't know if 7 days is enough time to undo the damage, but I can dream.Sealed pot challenge 11: number 5940 -
I'm closing in on 3 stone lost. No need to cook complicated meals though to lose weight. One of my current favourites is king prawn and mushroom omelette. Fry some mushrooms and prawns in a pan using fry light, throw in some herbs if you fancy and some black pepper. Mix 4 eggs with a fork in a glass. Pour over the mushrooms and prawns and make sure they're covered.
You know the rest.
Throw in some chopped onions or peppers for extra high marks0 -
Hi all,
A (bit) more variety today.
B - overnight oats, using cherry muller!ght instead of vanilla (colleague said it looked like raw meat - mmm yum!)
L - quinoa and feta prepared salad from Wa!trose, melon and grape pot
D - half a pot of chilli bean soup, wholemeal thin, scraping of marg, lean ham (late back from work and kids got a pizza takeaway, saved me some but I've wrapped it for their lunch tomorrow)
S - 2 x satsuma, go ah3ad fruit bakes
14k steps walked and 65 mins exercise as had a few errands to run at lunchtime so route marched to Oxford St.
