    Afternoon all
Am reporting in with a loss of -2, so back where I was 2 weeks ago!
I'm off work at the moment with flu (I think, never had it before) was sick a few times, aching and hot and cold if that makes sense?
Staying home for a couple of days as it is freezing at work, we have no heating and every time the door open in whooshes a very bracing wind, I have not felt my toes and fingers in weeks! Not what you expect in a high street bank. So as it is also snowing rather heavy here I thought best stay home in the warm(ish) and not spread my germs all over the place.
Hope you are all staying nice a warm x

Been missing in action for a while, thanks to crappy internet (thanks Virgin!) plus kids, grandkids, parents etc. Too much to do, not enough time!!

Anyway, my weight has been up and down (more up than anything :( ), even with doing my all fruit Thursdays properly last week. At one stage I'd gained 2 lbs, so I was not happy and tried really hard to stop the evening snacking, particularly on chocolate.

I'm declaring a 1/2 lb gain today (got the internet back FINALLY) but as I've gained more than that then technically it's really a loss, right? Lol.
I've kept off the stone that I've lost for nearly 2 years now, so a few pounds here and there is no biggie.

    Happy Tuesday everyone. x

We have had no heat or hot water since Monday (well we have a log fire and a kettle!) due to the fact the boiler is being replaced - it has been a week of comfort food!
    Must use my stash up!

Oh Knit Witch you must be frozen! Hope you have plenty of layers on, hot drinks and maybe a fence of hot water bottles.
It is bitter down here we only have a gas fire in the living room and a couple of small blow heaters in the kids rooms, I dread to think the cost of my leccy bill, but it's usually pretty mild down here so can't really complain.

    B boiled egg, banana, orange
    L ham sandwich apple
    D pork and mushroom pasta.

Kids are off as the schools are closed, I'm glad not to have to venture out in the snow, I'm feeling much better (thank you Coxy11) however am supposed to be taking dd for a day of shopping on sat in the West End as its her birthday on the 5th so hoping the snow has disappeared! ( also there will be cake on Monday she has requested red velvet and I am attempting nut free macarons for decoration, will try to keep from eating out of the mixing bowl, but I make no promises!)
