That's how it should be, and no bun-fight to park when stressed (either as a staff member or a patient or visitor).

Unable to find ZZPS handle as of all three companies here - this is the one that needs the focus of anger. They are the ex clampers now undermining POFA with their Notices To Keeper being bandied about by The British Parking Association like letters from GOD! FGS!

I am aware of three different crowd funds about - the one i started for staff which is

the other one with some of those affected trying and failing to raise funds to cover the costs
and some chaps set up another one but i have no link unfortunately

The money that was collected for Payment - is being kept for that - some staff are petrified and want to pay up and move on - this you can understand to a degree. So it will not be merged with the fight fund

I was not involved so have no say there

What i can say is that the nhsvindigo will go to fight - if it is not used in this fight it will be available to other nhs fights against private parking predators nationally.

Really MIffed with Martin Lewis telling everyone to pay up then appeal etc! how can he not know that paying closes the case and they are not obliged to offer appeal services then!

Any questions you want answered - throw them my way - will give you the truth and nothing but - unlike press releases from the Health Board (they are hilarious) and Indigo (do they know anything at all considering the ZZPS general manager was in court instructing - was the case brought about by ZZPS with Indigo name merely present to tick the box

Yes he was referring to the case where a lorry reversing killed a nurse who had stumbled at a kerb - the one with absolutely no mention of parking being partially to blame or at all.

Welsh Minister - you have forever lost my vote, for years we are told politicians lie however never in my wildest dreams did i ever think they would lie about something that can be disproved so easily..

Shame on you and any of your people who helped find this case for you to use as an excuse to get out of helping persecuted staff at the Heath Hospital.

Somebody needs to step up and step in to resolve this - obviously it looks like the welsh assembly has finally shown itself to be the utter waste of funding and space that many of us believed it would be initially.

What would be good - would be all NHS Staff standing together to say NO - NO More - the 16 unions on site were a party to a deal and refuse to help also.

Can you explain more about ZZPS involvement I don't understand why they were involved as they are just a back office firm and therefore have no Locus? Did they lie to win or something?

Thanks. That is useful to know. The deadline for them to respond to my FOI request is tomorrow so we'll see how they respond. They are certainly using up their maximum 20 working days to reply.
