nor sure what happened to last night's
Post. Anyway, neither today or yesterday have been a nsd. Day out at an adventure place yesterday with Pickle. Then the food shop today. The debit card has been well used (I will get the 20 uses in this month to claim for £5 bank account reward)

So very tired again, so going to bed very soon.
    Updates...

Another nsd today, seem to be doing well at the moment, I can't see it lasting though, this is me. No direct debits or anything gone out either, so no tills tidies to be done.

As I mentioned earlier in the week, I've been reading 'how to break up with your phone' I spend far too long idling mooching on my phone, checking it every 5 minutes just in case someone has messaged me. I wante to be more productive. I heard about the book on the breakfast radio show and downloaded onto my kindle, not free, but I had vouchers on my account. I'm on day 4, reviewing my phone habits that have been being tracked (via a free app) for 4 days. My 'pickups' and 'time on my phone' were huge, but actually, it's evenings when I'm sat doing nothing, Pickle in bed, when they go up. I have done some other things than the book suggested though.
    1) dug out my kindle, signed up to kindle unlimited 30day trial (£7.99 afterwards, but already loving the audio books bit whilst cooking and sorting the kitchen out) halfway through reading one book and listening to another, has reduced idle mooching round social media, and I'm reading more already
    2) dug out the cheapy cheapy 'smart watch' I bought randomly a year or so ago, it buzzes when a message is received so I'm not checking the phone every two minutes 'just in case' it also tracks my steps, so maybe I should set a target for that too (it also vibrates when you've been sat on your bum too long)
All small things so far, but I need to do something to keep more active and be more productive, small, 1degree steps though. I'm going To keep up with the plan from the book though and see if I can be even more 'present and less distracted.

    Watch this space..

Small spend today on milk, sunscreen and a new kindle book. The way I'm goin I'm going to cancel the kindle unlimited before the 30days are up, not many of 'my types' of books seem to Be included, which is rubbish.

Hall stairs and landing completely decluttered. Kitchen tidy, washing done, dried and out away. Work sorted for tomorrow. Watching the footie, drinking a gin.

a Full work day today, really tired as usual, my head hurts. Pickle is now in bed, he's really tired after choosing not to nap at the Childminder's today. Friend coming this evening to fit the child seat into her car as she's playing taxi service tomorrow for us, me to the station, Pickle to the Childminder's.

No spend day for me today, great news. Tomorrow probably won't be as I don't think I can carry enough snacks etc to get me through the train trips as well as all my work things. We'll see.

    In other news..
The 13 step plan is all about being mortgage neutral by July 2020, but I've seen a house that hits pretty much all the boxes of 'our next house' so hubby and I may need to have a long conversation. Our house is no where near ready to go up for sale and this house may go quite quickly but at least it's shown me that what I'd like is out there. Oooh things to ponder...

Morning, so tired I didn't post last night, not the best night's sleep, but could have been worse.
It wasn't a nsd, bought lunch at the 'office' I only go 4 times a year, so not the end of the world.

Another window quote received. 1 more to go.

Half a day's supply this morning, so a few more pennies in the June Pot as it will be paid a week on Friday.

Reconciled the bank accounts to ynab, I've been a bit dyslexic, in my favour with some of my ynab entering so some more tilly tidies made this morning.

First bulk buy box of cat food arrived yesterday, it's saving us around 15p a day on cat food. I don't mind that!

Half a day's supply and a meeting this afternoon has meant no opportunities to spend money. Woo hoo. Feel like I'm doing well this Month financially.
    Supply morning successfully
Completed, £65 ish more than I would have had and a phone call from the office of my main job earlier confirming 2.5 days overtime will be paid on Thursday of next week.

Tomorrow Is a 'being a mum day' taking the pickle to the 'pick your own farm' hoping to get enough strawberries to make this year's Christmas jam. (May need to buy a bag of frozen strawberries to bulk it out as the farm are saying crops are poor this year. ) we're going to take a picnic, but will probably have an ice cream out.

A mountain of jobs to do this evening to make an easy weekend so I ought to crack on, but I'm very tired.

You have a bread maker don't you? Check to see if there is a 'jam' programme on it, mine has, it's equal parts fruit to jam sugar, switch it on, takes about an hour, so sterilise the jars in the dishwasher while the jam is cooking, hey presto jam!

What a lovely sunny day today has been. We've been strawberry picking, but the crop was terrible, no where near enough for Christmas jam, just about enough to go on some scones tomorrow. £6.50 spent, but a lovely day.
Have run away to my parents for some tlc, Pickle is asleep, I'm mooching on the sofa and tomorrow is a 'play with the train set day' for Pickle and Grandad - we'll see if it's a nsd, if an ice cream van makes an appearance on the street, he may get a treat.
My wage slip is in. A little bit of both tax & ni paid this month due to overtime, but I should get the tax back in July as I won't have any overtime. I've ynab'd it all into the correct categories, post dated for Thursday when the money will hit my account, so no major additions to my targets today, but there will be (13 step plan up to £700/£913) and that's after I've repaid a couple of pots that technically my expenses will cover )
    Enjoy the sunshine everyone.

a day spent in my parent's garden today. I've nearly read an entire book, Pickle has run around like a loon all day and we've been well looked after by Mum and Dad. A nsd - woohooo but a tilly tidy from forgetting to enter a previous spend on ynab.
Tomorrow is more playing out, then heading home in the evening. Could be a low spend day too. Just another week of June left, then monthly round ups and target setting for July. Ooh this year is going quickly.
