Hi everyone, a big thank you to Kathrynha for taking the reins on this one and a big thank you to everyone for your kind words and pm's. I've said it before and i'll say it again, you're all a lovely bunch of people!!
We're over the bump with OH hopefully, he's been given some meds and we're trying to get him some counselling so fingers crossed he's on the road to full recovery.
I'm currently off work poorly with a cold, the universe has decided to kick me whilst i'm down but at least it's given me some time to update the last weeks chart finally! Now you probably aren't interested anymore because we've moved on to the new challenge but I can't leave things unfinished it would drive me spare, so to the chart..
We had two SOTW* .... :T:j:TALWAYSHAPPY and ORLAO:T:j:T with a loss of 3.0lbs each!!

Glad your OH is getting help, and things seem to be improving. Hugs on the cold. Make sure you take care of yourself, because it's probably worse because you will be feeling down.

Yes weekly, after whenever your weekly weigh in is. Shala (who previously sorted the charts, but is having a break) always did the week as Tuesday morning to Monday evening, and I plan to not change that. Some people post their results right at the beginning, some at the end, it makes no difference.
It helps if you post your result in an obvious way. Large font and bright red is what people tend to go for, but I know if you are posting from a phone it can be a bit more fiddly. If I ever miss your update when I post the chart, do tell me. I am still very new to thisZebras rock0 -

As expected I had a gain of 1lb this morning but as said previously there was a lot of red wine syns (totted it up last night and it was 160 syns over the week - not all wine but quite a lot of it, LOL!). I love target life:rotfl:.
Off on holiday tomorrow for a couple of weeks, not sure how often I'll be posting but will try to keep an eye on things when I can.
