    Hi all,

Sending very best wishes to Shala and thanks to Kathryn for taking over.

I've been in a world of pain for the last couple of weeks from an old injury which has flared up. I'm pretty miserable so have taken my eye off the ball. I'd still like to join in this challenge but will aim for a more realistic 7lbs please.

Loads of luck to everyone x

I have been having loads of raw veg and some fruit, with rather a lack of protein (I was a veggie for 30 years so I don't often think of protein)... the pot/beans was a treat and I am stuffed....

I am going out for lunch on Saturday with a group of ex-work girls as one of the ladies is retiring ... so it is posh afternoon tea... I rang the restaurant conversation went like

Me. Table booked for 2.30 on Saturday under xxx for afternoon tea
Them. Ooh yes we have some lovely things planned
Me. My son is getting married in Feb.
    Them. ooh lovely
Me. I'm fat, I don't want to be the fattest person there, can I have a salad please

    OH :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I have been off the thread for a few days. Not so much off-plan,but I haven't had a chance to grocery shop for about a gazillion weeks,so food has been a bit of a hodge-podge,which would look crazy if I wrote it down :o.
Weighed in last night, and had a 1 lb loss, despite having forgotten about my resolution to drink more water, and not having alot of speed in the house at the moment.
So,went for a quick shop after school pick-up this afternoon,so have a few supplies in for now.Still don't think I have enough to create another meal!
    Today's menu:

Breakfast:bacon and baked beans, followed by 2 passionfruit and a pear
    No lunch
    Late snack (5pm!),an apple
Tea: chilli con carne with rice, cheese (4 syns)
HEA: skimmed milk in cups of tea
    HEB: 2 hifi bars
"midnight snack": another 2 hifi bars (6 syns)
