Well done tweets, Shiprob and saverupper on your losses.

Bubbs, when I make burgers I just use mince with some herbs or spices mixed in. Smoked paprika is particularly nice.

I had some ham at lunch time!

    :):):):):)

Don't force yourself to have meat protein if you don't want it sunshinemummy. Plenty of protein in pulses and eggs if that's your preference.

should have some with tea, if you have silly things like that you will fail:p
Did you see the burgers i made? they were nom nom
    :D

I thought they looked fab, thanks for the pics. And the Speed salad didn't go unnoticed!:D I never make the same recipe twice, I add whatever I've got in. Generally I use chopped onion and capers or cornichons and sometimes some herbs or spices too. There are heaps of recipes online so I just adapt them. Pork burgers make a nice change too and I plan to make some lamb kofte as I enjoyed them so much when I was in Turkey. Looking at syns online the lowest syn lamb mince is Waitrose Essential 10% at half a syn per 100g.

I've had a SW breakfast (HEB toast with 2 fried eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms). We're out to lunch so probably off plan there. I'm working towards being fully back by Sunday and then having a good week.

hi everyone, I woke up this morning thinking enough is enough.....
    so here I am, 2.5 stone overweight & 5ft1"
I'm sick of feeling sorry for myself, I have eds3 which makes excersize difficult and I'm recovering from a broken foot. However I will not let this stop me, IM WORTH IT right :)

I have some questions because I'm going it alone, I haven't followed slimming world in years. I'm starting the extra easy plan and I will be having 250ml of semi skimmed milk a day.
Does anyone know how many cups of tea this will make?

Also I've purchased from the co op a bag of pineapple fingers
from the fresh fruit section, it looks like a pineapple has been cut up for you and it is just pineapple from what I can tell.
Would this be OK as I love pineapple?
    Kindness costs nothing :)

Welcome, I have been here for just over a week so am learning every day (and eating lots of veg)! Slow and easy does it (and a little bit of humour!) :rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks, I am having meat, fish and eggs, but am still getting my head around/taking the easiest option.

    Today I have had

    Breakfast - apple/ham
    Snack - peach
lunch- cucumber (I am really enjoying this mobile food)
    Snack - banana
Tea - baked fish, brown rice with sweetcorn mixed in.
