I ordered on the 16th Jan, had an email from Broadband Genie, minutes later:
    Thank you for your order
Great news, your order has tracked

    Hi!

Thank you for ordering with Broadband Genie, we have received a confirmation of your purchase.

Want to keep up to date with the status of your voucher?
    Use our new!voucher tracker

    What happens next?
Once your sale has been verified and we have confirmed it abides by the terms and conditions of your offer with we will send your reward to (email address)

When will I receive my reward?!

After your sale has been approved and we have received payment from the provider, you will receive your voucher via email.

This takes an average of 120 days (from installation), however, this can take longer depending on the provider.

Use our tracker to keep up to date with this

    Did you have this email?

I have noted on my calender 1st June to chase up if nothing, as 3rd Feb was my activation date.
Thats interesting I got an email from BG but not like that : this is the text:
Thank you for using Broadband Genie! This email is to confirm you have taken the first step in claiming your £70 Amazon.co.uk gift card, an exclusive deal with BT from Broadband Genie.
    Reference Number: xxxxxxx
    Email address: xxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com
    Package: BT Superfast Fibre
    Provider: BT
    Reward: £70 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card
Offer Expiry: Order by 20th December 2019
Haven't placed your order with BT yet?
Hurry! This exclusive deal ends on 20th December.

Please note this is only available on Superfast Fibre (50Mb) .

    BUY NOW!
And then nothing after that no tracking confirmation. Which sounds like BT didn't send the tracking information back to BG. The strange thing is when I queried it with BT they knew all about it and after a week of hassle they eventually granted me the price on the deal I signed up to - but nothing more no rewards, no card - and no tracking.
Are BT pulling a fast one? :/ Report sent to MSE lets see what they say

edit: weeks later, absolutely bloody nothing thats what. The whole thing is a bloody con. What a useless bloody site this is. Nothing but a marketing exercise.

Blessed are the geeks, for they shall inherit the Internet.

I took advantage of the Post Office broadband offer highlighted in the weekly email which was via Broadbandgenie. Received email from them to click link to get the £50 Amazon voucher. They had no record so completed form. Just received email "Unfortunately your sale did not automatically track to us". In which case, how did I receive an email initially?
So they will talk to Post Office and will have to wait at least 75 days. Perhaps longer. By which time I will have forgotten about it.

One has to wonder how genuine Broadbandgenie is. Perhaps MSE should put a small warning against future offers from the company.
