Broadband Genie offers - anyone else waiting?

Hi,
I'm a new user to the forum so this is my first request for help / support
I used the Broadband Genie website at the beginning of April to move my broadband from BT to PlusNet. The offer at the time was that a successful transfer would give me £30 in Amazon vouchers.
It's now three months later and I've received nothing back from them. Has anyone else used their service and had delays or difficulties in getting the offer fulfilled?
Many thanks - G

Hello,
I also signed up to switch to NOW TV broadbnd back in March 2018. On the expectation that I would receive a £50 M&S Voucher. I have emailed them multiple times now. Initially I did receive a response and gave my order reference and NOW TV account numbers as requested. This was back on the 8th May. Since then I have sent multiple replys and emails with no response whatsoever.
Has anyone else managed to actually obtain a voucher from Broadband Genie or are they in cahoots with the broadband providers to acquire customers by faking the promise of vouchers?
Thanks anyone who replies.

I signed up on 29th March following the MSE email I got promoting this very offer.
I totally forgot about it till a month ago and have chased them, I’ve sent an email today and got an automated reply advising I will hear off them within 2 days so will await a reply but judging on nobody replying to the OP thread I guess we may be in for a long wait.
Surely Martin or the guys at MSE HQ who authorise and promote these offers need to get behind this and sort it out as at the end of the month it’s been 6 months since I signed up and nothing and if companies of using bogus offers to get sign ups then surely they need to be investigated.
I will update if and when I get a response.0 -
So have you informed MSE guys that you think should chase this up for you ??0

I’m just looking at the Facebook page for Broadband genie and they posted up in May they are experiencing problems with the vouchers for M&S but new codes will be sent out!
I’ve replied to that thread and sent them a message.
I will now look at contacting MSE to report this case for them to chase up.0 -
MSE advise all those waiting any vouchers to send an email to !!!!!!
Please email voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com (incl name, order date, order reference & email you signed up with) so we can sort it.
Hope this helps0 -
I used the Broadband Genie in April 2018 and registered with Vodafone Fibre Broadband on the understanding that I would receive a £50 Amazon voucher, I registered on 22 April and the offer was from 16-30 April. The amazon voucher was supposed to be issued 4 months after having signed up. I have not heard anything from the company responsible, I have emailed them several times and have had no acknowledgement to my emails.
I called vodafone and they said the offer has nothing to do with them so they could not help.
The email of the company responsible for the offer is uk-vodafonevouchers@awin.com. I contacted awin.com, it is an affiliate marketing company, and they said that they would contact (?) the email address and ask them to email/contact me. This was 3 days ago and I have heard nothing and at this point I am thinking that this 'offer' was a fraud. They have taken their commission and are basking in the sun.0
