But are they taxed......and if they have to tax it they have to have valid mot which may cost more for any faults
If they don't show up as taxed report to council and see what happens when a ticket is slapped on windscreen
As they are not taxed, MOT'd or insured, they are considered an obstruction in the Highway. If a trailer/caravan is not coupled to a vehicle, then they will be served notice.
Is the caravan lit up at night. AFAIK a caravan can be parked on a public highway as long as there's no parking restrictions in force, it is not causing an obstruction and it is lit up at night. Follow the advice in post #2 and contact your local council to see what they say.
