I find them convenient and have them for 3 different banks on my phone. I'm sure 20 years ago you were thinking something along the lines of
"I've got a postbox near to me and a landline. I don't have a computer or a mobile phone. Funnily, I don't struggle to manage"
Yet look at you now posting on an online forum discussing your mobile phone!.
As worried jim says it's not about struggling it's about convenience. I have 11 financial and banking apps on my phone to keep track of all those accounts paying me "lots" of interest and bonuses. Using apps i can check all of them in less than 5 minutes when i have some spare time when I'm out. If I didn't have those apps I wouldn't be able to use my time as efficiently and have less time to do other things.0
