I find them convenient and have them for 3 different banks on my phone. I love contactless too.

They are so convenient that I can't imagine being without them now. I'd struggle to manage.

I've got a Nokia phone. It doesn't do apps. Funnily, I don't struggle to manage.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

Maybe so, however your life could be made easier and more convenient. A bit like the chap that says I like the bus what do I need a car for?

    Convenient and slightly addictive.
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.

I'm sure 20 years ago you were thinking something along the lines of

"I've got a postbox near to me and a landline. I don't have a computer or a mobile phone. Funnily, I don't struggle to manage"

Yet look at you now posting on an online forum discussing your mobile phone!.

As worried jim says it's not about struggling it's about convenience. I have 11 financial and banking apps on my phone to keep track of all those accounts paying me "lots" of interest and bonuses. Using apps i can check all of them in less than 5 minutes when i have some spare time when I'm out. If I didn't have those apps I wouldn't be able to use my time as efficiently and have less time to do other things.
