I used to get unlimited calls and texts with 2.7gig data.

One of their offers was to pay £13 for 2gig data, 300 mins and unlimited texts

I tried 3 before going to EE. Make sure the reception is good in the places you visit. It was poor for me and I live in Leeds. You'd think it would be superb in a large city. Also, I found their customer service via the telephone was shocking. I had to use chat live. I resorted to screen capture so I had proof of my communication with them.

I have now been with 3 for several weeks now, and so far all is well. The reception is good. Not telephoned there customer service as yet, but did use their live chat, and I found it ok.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I've moved two contracts away from TT Mobile after taking up 2 x the Plusnet 30 day rolling sim deal 1.5gb, 1000 min, 1000 text for £5 p/m.
I still have one contract that hasn't had the price increase (yet), but that is a 24 months mobile phone contract and due to end next month. If they continue not to offer upgrades, then that one looks like it'll be cancelled too. Only £5 p/m, but low level, the value was with a mobile phone over 24 months.
We'll see, but they haven't offered anything decent and are well behind other operators.
If they aren't going to compete, they may as well call it a day! Although, they keep pushing broadband and offering deals if you take that.
No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.

I received my final bill from TalkTalk mobile today. The Early Termination fees were applied (£175.00). I spoke to TalkTalk today, and was informed these charges will be waved, and I should see the changes to my account in 2 - 3 working days. I was also told I did not have a bill this month (I think I was in credit). I just cancelled my DD arrangement on my online banking. So far so good, I still remain please with three. I should be paying my first bill in the next few days

Check they don't try to collect anything and the isn't another bill or you credit files could end up wrecked for the next 6 years unless and until they correct it.

Thanks I will. The adviser informed me there was no further payments which needed to be made, which is why I cancelled the Direct Debit arrangements in place today. I am sure things will be fine, but I will be keeping an eye on my account on Friday. thanks for the contribution.

To be honest, every time I've had to make a change with TT Mobile, I've been overcharged! Never undercharged though!
I've tried to check my new bill today, but their system seems to be down!
I've usually had a credit to my account for the hassle after raising a complaint and I've had many!
I should know on Saturday (so I've been informed), what my bill will be!

There's a basic rule; NEVER rely on what ANY adviser tells you over the phone. Vodafone customers would be completed stitched up if they did that as you will see with a brief read through the endless complaints about them on here. Since most networks seem to be determined to gain the mantle of the worst network it wouldn't be much consolation when you incur potentially months of grief after the horse has bolted, as hoards of people arriving on here will show. Make a note of who tells you what, never cancel a direct debit until you have a bill showing the contract has ended and watch your bank account like a hawk.
