PAC requested for both our phones. Was only sticking with a 3G service because the price was pretty good.0

Remember, if you are joining a network that hasn't increased their prices this year, then they are just about to do so.0

After 3 years of Talk Talk I've moved 3 sims elsewhere.
We had allowances removed overnight with no notice. Calling Customer Service is akin to torture.
Fibre with them is due soon and I'm looking at leaving. That's after many years with AOL and then fibre with TT0 -

Sorry for the delay in replying
I had 3 sims on my account. My wife, daughter and me.
I left in April for EE £17.99 a month for 7gig 4g and unlimited calls and texts. Its a cash back deal, so will work out at £5.50 a month at 12mths. Must say I've received fantastic customer service. TalkTalk could only dream of offering the level of service I've received.
Last week I went with 2 sim deals with Virgin. £9a month for 2,500 mins unlimited texts and 4gig data. Fantastic customer service from Virgin.
TalkTalk sent me an email a few days ago offering my current package for £39.90 Its cheaper for new customers! What's the loyalty discount?0 -
OK, so I will pay from £10.00 a month to £11.25 a month from august. but i see 3 are offering the same plan for £9.00 a month and on 4gTrinidad - I have a number of needs. Don't shoot me down if i get something wrong!!0

I tried 3 before going to EE. Make sure the reception is good in the places you visit. It was poor for me and I live in Leeds. You'd think it would be superb in a large city. Also, I found their customer service via the telephone was shocking. I had to use chat live. I resorted to screen capture so I had proof of my communication with them.0 -
I've got three sims with TalkTalk mobile and looking at my options following the announcement of the price increase (although I haven't been officially informed by them of it yet).
I'm not sure if I can get cheaper elsewhere though.
Currently paying £3.95 per month per sim. Two sims have unlimited calls, unlimited texts and 1gb of data, the third sim has 250 minutes, unlimited texts and 1gb of data.
The majority of calls are between the three phones so a high number of minutes are not required (texts and data aren't too important either).0 -
