One page back from this one. Use your Back button ( < ) to get to the forum thread list. And it’s there, right at the top. It’s headed like this:
**NEWBIES!! PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? OLD OR NEW? **READ THESE FAQS FIRST!** Thankyou!
If you need any further assistance, you need your own thread, not jumping in on a random one. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi I have also received the letter from Gladstone Solicitors in relation to a parking charge notice I disputed and have subsequently not paid. Any help on how I should respond would be appreciated.
If the mater goes go to court and I lose will I automatically get a county court judgement or that will only happen if at that point I continue to not pay.0 -

This an old thread so if you want help, you must start
your own thread.. and before that, carefully read the

Read the link to the Newbies thread. It's a few posts above this. Then start your own thread as this could get confusing answering several people in one thread.0 -
It seems to me that there's loads of chat about parking tickets, court cases, PCM, Gladstone's etc.
But there isn't one thread where somebody has taken PCM to court against a private parking charge, whether they've lost or won.
Well I've offered PCM two settlement figures on two separate parking charges, one of £100 and the 2nd of £150, both were rejected.
I parked in my own private area, one outside a bay and one where my permit slipped off the screen out of view.
I cannot let these cheats win and take my money, £250 on each charge.
Any advice?

Where I said:Logs, you chances of getting any help on this thread are close to nil.
Please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread then if you still have questions please start your own thread.
Trying to deal with two different incidents for two different people in one thread can only lead to confusion.
Thank you for your understanding.0 -
