  • Had discussion with woman . They will get onto the engineer and will get back to me . I don't want my windows broken though
  • They did not get back to me . Money taken from card today.
I just sent email asking why nobody got back to me after telling me they would . I also mentioned BBC Watchdog , and of course MSE
I didn't tell them I am raising a dispute with the credit card co, but will do so tomorrow a m . The only thing I will say , is that the credit card co.have made notes from when I spoke to them on Tuesday.

I doubt if I will get the amount reduced, but at the very least I can slate the company wherever possible . As I say , It's hard to get a straight answer regarding tariffs or even reputable people in my area.
Freesat isn't really that clued up on customer needs imho , with ltd opening hours and ltd customer help .
Partly my fault, but after really digging , Aerial Force seem like one dodgy company . Still, I learned the hard way

Thanks david . Yeah, I got totally ripped off . Not gonna let it rule my life completely . Forgot to update : I spoke to credit card co. They said it's unfortunate but nothing they can do , as I have got a service .
    Something along those lines anyway.

I never received anymore contact from Aerial Farce /TV Aerial co
I did mention BBC rogue traders tho. and the ombudsman .
Over the next few days, I will find websites that they are on and condemn them as I can .

If there is a place on mse I can let people know, I can do that too.

    Thanks

Ironically for the money spent you could have put in a headless PC for Plex Server with a Roku box and got into 21st century.

    If only I knew :(
The annoying thing with freeesat is that it's hard to get straightforwatd information . Not an impressive company imho .
Still, it's up and running and I can just move on from the rip off

Well you might try another post in Consumer RIghts thread asking if anyone has ever used them

I would also call Trading Standards in the area where their office is based.

TrustPilot is a good place to leave reviews, as is Google

Do you still have old kit?

That's another thing . Old kit was not given to me .
Will do the above as you've mentioned . Thanks again
