1/ Go out, don't have to worry ... but will worry all the time while out.
2/ Stay in, ready to call the ambulance, pacing back/forth imagining the horrendous personal and structural damages you could be about to inflict.
2, please. And mopping my brow.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

It's either high security .... or can be bypassed in just 2 minutes.
Does not compute.
"The real me" inside me HAD to speak out on that one... but I know you will also know that the two statements don't compute...
It's absolutely fine to challenge me about it. The lock was one of these:

Described as:- Hardened Steel Plate to Resist Drilling
- 20mm Anti-Saw Deadbolt
- Anti-Pick & Keyhole Protection
- Anti-Drill Plates
Anti-saw: The deadbolt has hardened rollers inside that rotate if you try to hacksaw through the bolt by hand. On the other hand, if you have a disc rotating at 2000 rpm, the little rollers can't rotate fast enough. I guess they heat up and weld themselves to the rest of the bolt. Thn the disc cuts through them.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
It is a bit like asking how long a high security door would last if ram raided by a JCB. The door might be incredibly secure but if you apply enough force it still isn't going to resist for long.
I have never seen the need for an angle grinder despite having more than my fair share of toys/ power tools.I think....0 -
Weirdly I have an angle grinder...no idea why I have one but there is one in the shed.
I think I got custody in the divorce purely because he forgot about it.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

And for all these years I thought that it was because they were invented by the Angles just after the Romans left Britain!
