That 4th bedroom's a bit of a joke!
It's what we used to call the boxroom. You can just about fit a bed into it, but very little else.
It would make a good study, though, or a nursery with a cot, or yes, a dressing room.
Or maybe you could convert it to an ensuite.
But as you say, it's a ruse to make it 4-beds and bump th price up.
Edit:I'm having trouble with letters getting missed off, especially e, which can sometimes make for some interesting autocarrot interpretations!(I just lurve spiders!)

Our box room is 10x7....
Porcelosa is cheap ceramic pretending to be porcelain, we have 15sqm in the garage that we never got round to putting down for the car to park on.
Then again where we did put down expensive proper porcelain tiles we have managed to crack several by dropping the wrong things on themI think....0 -
Oh Sue, poor Josh, I'm so sorry
It must have hit him very hard.
Thank you GDB - I'd naively assumed 2 ovens would go along with having to have 2 fridges etc
Ours is an elderly gas cooker with just the one oven and a high-level grill. We're planning a new kitchen later this year and I'd like a built-in oven that's high enough for me not to have to bend down to it! Preferably one with a hide-and-slide door.0 -

Why don't you sell them on Ebay? Must be worth a few bob and presumably they're as new.
Just a thought.0 -
One freestanding cooker, electric, with two ovens. Top oven incorporates the grill. Bog standard. Have had built in double ovens in previous houses but am not fussed. Also had a very complex, to me, microwave but never figured out how to make it work. I think the problem was that the instruction manual was Spanish and every other language except English.
I once bought a washing machine and dishwasher in Spain and ripped open the instruction booklets in the shop simply to see if they had instructions in English. I think they were Indesit.0 -

Not suggesting that anyone gambles. However Norway has just put Alexander Rybak (previous winner with the biggest winning margin ever), into the Eurovision Song Contest. As this is not yet priced into the market, you can get 50 to 1 on his winning.
He may of course not win, not worth more than a tenner punt, this is not a shoe in, nevertheless he is popular and the song is pretty good. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Double oven at the new caravan, but only one is "proper" oven, the other is mainly grill and you can't use it as oven... Or so OH (my personal chef) informs me.
Home we just have a single oven under the induction hob. Basically bad mistakes both of them, but that's life! Really wish had stuck with gas.0 -
Just think how much smaller they'd look if the furniture was standard size instead of show home size :rotfl:
I looked round a new build with a friend who's house hunting recently. I got suspicious of the size of the double bed in the master bedroom, so I moved all the cushions to one side and lay down on it as you would for sleep. My feet were half over the end! And I'm only 5'7". A proper length bed would have left very little space between the foot of the bed and the built in wardrobe for the people to squeeze round the end of the bed.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -

I put £20 for Theresa May to be next Tory leader at 7:1. Still not decided what to spend my winnings on. :rotfl: Better not go more political than that!
Mostly I don't bet, other than OH and I have bets on the Grand National. We both get dressed up and we get some Aldi Champagne for the occasion. It's one of our "dates" I guess. We watch on TV, perhaps one day we'll make it to Aintree - after all we live near by!0 -
Not a posh alert, quite the opposite, but we have three freezers, needed for all the produce we grow and bulk cooking and all that.Spend less now, work less later.0
