It's probably just crumbled and baked cardboard with a spritz of flavouring added.
I've never thought about how much caffeine is in any type of coffee... but I'm guessing that cheapo stuff's not going to be up there in the high fliers.0 -

But, it's immaterial anyway - and any book "useless" - if civilisation broke down there'd be hoardes of machete wielding maniacs rampaging everywhere to see if you had food and steal your food/stuff from you in any case, so you'd have been beheaded, or hunted down by their hunting dogs and ripped apart.
