Wow - just one single case today:
Eastbourne - Civil Enforcement Ltd. No doubt a default case.
Looks like I was out of the starting blocks too soon this morning, as on return home I see that today's list has grown!
It's now 29/12
That's some number of set-asides! When is Theresa May going to sort this out? So many people's financial standings are being trashed by the PPC network's headlong, blood-thirsty rush into litigation without any care for ensuring that defendants have actually received court papers before having their cases turned into a default judgments.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
