We've voted matey, there won't be another referendum, you need to move on.
What if a 2nd referendum votes to leave? Shall we keep going until we get the result you want?0 -

Give me a democratic reason why we shouldn't have a vote on the final deal. I know that I never had a vote on the deal before.
If it happens it will be accepted by me.
Don't be so sure though......💙💛 💔0 -
It's politics innit.
It would be political suicide for the Tories not to follow through.
It will also be political suicide for them to follow through with anything but the softest of Brexit - but that's for another day.Btw, where ya been Hamish? It's good to have you back.
In Europe for the last month getting in some rest and recreation.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

I've no idea what result another referendum would give: nobody knows.
But we are leaving, we should get the best deal we can and get on with it.
as for satisfaction, no one deal will make everyone happy, but thats life.0 -

You are not listening.
We haven't had the final vote on the deal we get. Give me a democratic reason for not having one once it's negotiated.
Not 'we're leaving', not 'we voted already', but a legitimate reason. Democracy gives a choice, Leave voters wanted democracy, so lets have democracy, starting there.💙💛 💔0 -
Ok
Because the referendum question asked was 'should we remain a member of the EU' Y/N
NOT should we remain a member of the EU or leave and return if there is a deal we don't like.
I was listening: you didn't read the question on the voting form apparently.0 -

It doesn't matter how much you cry, moan or even stamp your feet, there isn't going to be another vote.
That said, i would be happy for another vote with the options being:
1. Note to accept the deal our governments negotiates.
or
2. Simply just leave.."I want to die peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming in terror like his passengers."0 -
In the last YouGov poll 70% wanted the government to abide by the referendum result and leave the EU.
Another referendum would therefore be against the wishes of the majority.
The great Briish public understand democracy better than the sneering elites on here.If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.0 -
Classic paint-by-numbers small vision logic from a Remainer. We can do any number of things to boost our farming sector as the Kiwis & Aussies found out
Like what? How do you propose our farmers avoid being undercut by huge margins and build houses instead?
What'll happen if we have no farms left?
You keep implying that a bit of good old British pluck will solve problems that have been plaguing us for decades, so please enlighten us all how to do it?0
