Only a voice piece. No actual power to negotiate. Has to relay constantly back to his masters. Funny how all we were hearing a while back was how unprepared the UK was. Now appears if the EU are floundering. The election result appears to have gone in the UK's favour.0 -

UK based EU citizens can live anywhere they like in the UK after Brexit.
However, the EU have stated that UK citizens currently living in an EU country can only live in that country after Brexit, they can't decide to live elsewhere in the EU.

Did Barnier say 'give me 100 billion'? Did Barnier even mention 100 billion?
Answer : NoMr Barnier insists there will be no final number for the Brexit bill until the end of the Brexit process.
