He has the cosignment number of the delivery so knows it has not been collected,
The Consignment number will mean nothing as it will be given a new one for collection, so as far as the scammer knows it may have already been collected.

    You're joking right?

You seem to be suggesting that the OP offers a contract to store the goods at £100 a day.

If the seller ignores that offer, and the seller has no obligation to respond, their silence certainly does not indicate that they have agreed to it.
so what a company can say to you 'you have to do this by XX day' and if you fail then you get threatening letters, debt collection at your door etc., but when you tel these companies 'you have to do this by XX day' they just think it is funny and ignore your deadline.

They are given a deadline to removed their goods, they ignored that so accept the consequences explained in your letter, like like if it was the other way round

Angryparcel I am guessing you have some knoweldge of this type of situation how would you suggest I handle it, I really want shut of it?
In the past my vaccum cleaner has broken down whilst in warrenty, I called miele and parcel force were out the next day to take it for repair, the same with my laptop, apple sent UPS out the next day. Both of these item are of a lot less value than the tv but these companies manage to do it. I know you've said it is costly but ebuyers are not a small homebased company who can't afford to do this on the odd occassion something like this happens.

You've only had the TV since last Friday, but by this time next week it will have been uplifted. No need to threaten them with ridiculously expensive storage charges (which they'll never pay)...

The threat of a storage charge has always worked for me, never purchased anything from ebuyer, so have no knowledge of their methods.
This scam is a common scam, so i find it hard if ebuyer has not had this happen before, so should know how to handle the situation. google ebuyer ceo email and then send an email to the CEO dept.

Too funny! I am looking for solutions to get this monster of a tv out of my house, I'm not interested in money I just want to get it gone.

I have been communicating with the Directors' office. In the past hour I received an email asking me to list some dates so a courier can be arranged, fingers crossed it will be gone soon, thanks for your help and advice :).
