Yes, that's the one michaels. We had issues yesterday afternoon and first thing this morning but these have been sorted and it's okay to log in now if you wish.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello michaels and no, it's not just you. We've had horrendous technical issues with the website recently. Helena was talking about these difficulties earlier this week on the thread below.
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5728237
As Helena mentioned, our IT guys turned the whole thing off on Wednesday so they could put in place a major fix. It looks as though this has been successful and the website's now back up and running. We're continuing to monitor things until we're sure this particular fix has fully worked.
Sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused michaels. Thank you, too, for your patience.

Find your best deal is still not working for me, from my account. Been down around a month now.0 -
Hi Malc, I hope you had a good break? :hello:
I see E.on are thinking of launching another new tariff.
I can't remember exactly and can't access the details again, but something along the lines of paying a £10 monthly "subscription fee", thus enabling you to purchase energy at wholesale prices.
I suspect this will more beneficial to high energy users given the £10 fee, but it depends on the cost of wholesale prices?
f&wFred - Where's your get up and go?
Barney - It just got up and went.

After doing the survey myself, I am thinking that this will be dual fuel only. My S/C is 16.442p for elec, £60 a year, so £120 for both elec and gas would be very reasonable - if I was able to buy at wholesale prices. If costs were ok, I would be tempted to bring my gas over to EON too.0 -
Good morning all,
First of all I'd like to say sorry if I'm a bit slower than normal with replies, I'm afraid Malc is going to be off work for a little while
I'll do my best
Anyway, the reason for the post is that I've had some information about the warm home discount closing date and I know Malc keeps the threads as updated as he can, so wanted to share.
It's planned to be closed from 13th November, so we won't accept any more applications.
If you do still need to apply, the quickest way is to do it online, before the 13th November.
If you are getting the warm home discount, this can be paid to you up until 31st March 2018.
Thank you

Good morning everyone,
I have an update for the thread
We're actually going to extend our warm home discount scheme and still take new applications up until Monday 27th November.
So if you need to apply, you still can, but I would say to do it asap as things can change.
Thank you
Helena

Hello Helena.
I have literally just come of the phone to Eon to be told that the cut off time was the 13th, so your call staff may not be aware that the date has been extended?
Also, I would like to query with you if I can qualify, as I don't seem to fit the tick boxes online.
I have always been successful for the past 3 years with other suppliers and my circumstances haven't changed, so I presumed I wouldn't have a problem this year.
I am long term sick. I have contribution ESA and a small amount of PIP. I have no other income as I am unable to work and my total income is just over £500 a month.
If you can help me, i'd appreciate it.0 -

It could get even more confusing for you having 2 separate threads on the go, relating to your elgibility for Warm Home Discount

Hi skint kezza,
The only discrepancy i can see is you say you have Contribution ESA. The qualifying criteria is for Income Related ESA.
This also applies to OVO and the other energy suppliers - Income Related ESA.

The energy companies do ask for permission to check your qualifying benefits.
