Today I've had a super lazy day. Not got dressed. And why not? To be fair I've not been feeling too good. Maybe the disrupted sleep has finally taken it's toll. The twins have taken to sleep out of sync at night now so wake at different times.
My fitbit says I got over 9hrs sleep last night. But it's very much broken sleep. Waking up so many times. So I can tell you 9hrs of broken sleep feels exactly the same is 3 hrs solid sleep.
DH had been doing OT all day today. In fact he's clocked up 17 hrs OT this week alone. We've missed him that's for sure. He's not actually money motivated. Turns out they could really do with an admin person in the department but they're not allowed to get one. I'm sure an admin person would be cheaper than all the OT they're going to have to pay out! Well it'll all help in the long run. Just keep reminding DH to look after himself and allow some time off.
He's been told to book 5 1/2 days worth of holidays before 1st Jan as their financial years runs Jan to Jan. He's yet to do itI'll just keep mothering him to book some leave.
Right I'm off to have a chilled out family evening.
For all those :money:ers out there with SKY TV that happen to be reading my diary... Hotel Transylvania 2 is free to buy in Sky Store
You're welcome x

Payday today and a few things have been paid so figures updated.
I've sat and worked and few things out this morning after my mat savings took and hit whilst DH was off work. I had wanted to pay off the last of my student loan which is only about £110. But I think I'll wait to see what money I have left towards the end of my mat leave. I don't want to leave myself short and make the difficult decision and return to work earlier than planned. I may even have to reduce debt repayment in the new year for a few months. It'll be hard for me to do that as I want rid of the debt...but I don't want to on add to it either so...:o

Forgot to add...
My trusty ironing board broke last night! I've had that 17 years. I'll use my t3sco voucher I'd got from Gr0up0n a few weeks back and a further money off voucher that I got through the post to purchase a new one tonight. I hope the new one lasts another 17yrs!
A rather sobering thought though is that I bought that ironing board when I started uni. ...ugh....I feel oldMy LBM May 2017, DH LBM July 2017- Total Debt (not Including Mortgage) £46444.23 £40773.61 /£46444.23 87.8% paid0 -

Just a small update today. Actually feeling a little run down, not sure if it's the start of something. To be honest today is the first day I've iust relaxed a bit, been walking in excess of 16k steps a day all week. Regardless, I feel like I could sleep an age. I hate days feeling like this as when it comes to bed time I feel like I've wasted an opportunity to get something done
Nothing amazing to report in the mse world. Just getting on with surveys and listing things on 3bay.
Oh and I've bought a £30 amaz0n voucher in order to get an extra £6 back,..something I learned about on the MSE newsletter. So in essence i have £36 to spend. Seeing as DH wants a particular item for Xmas that he's found in Amaz0n it made sense to obtain a 'free' £6!
