Chatty I can make them up in around 25-30 mins now! Used to take me ages but now it just seems to make itself!

I do use huggies. I use size 3's and the ones in the green and blue pack like this

I have never tried the natural fit (in sizes 1-3) However I think they are peach and light green inside if I remember right. (out of experience when DD and DS were really tiny) I don't use huggies on either of my kids as they never fitted. My daughter is a right funny shape so huggies won't go around her! :rotfl:

Asda are doing 102 nappies (size 3 huggies) for £11 ish so makes them about 11p each :)

Thanks Rusty... may stick to pampers then. In my asda they have been £10 for 104 size 3 for a while, which only works out a very slightly over the huggies that are on offer and from the feedback from some buyers I contacted earlier they all seem to prefer pampers..
look at this blanket. its so gorgeous. def on my shopping list.

That blanket is lovely! where is it from?

Have to agree over the pampers preference. Personally for me I would only use pampers on my kids. However for pull ups I will and have used huggies as they are better than pampers :rotfl:

I'm out of bed! Have been since 6.30 with DS who has more energy than the sun.

Can anyone suggest a way to keep sock roses attached to a cake? I haven't wrapped them with the green floristy tape or anything but I could it that would help. I want to put them on a bottom layer of a cake on top of the nappies with some fake leaves a bit like Nicky321 did a few pages back. I'm worried that if I don't attach them to the cake somehow they will wobble and fall off once cellophaned.

Popkins - I love the colour scheme of your cake - it's so different to the usual pastel baby colours.

rusty the blanket is from the usa, isn't it lovely. I am going for a months holiday in mid april so I thought I'd see what I can bring home in my suitcase if I ditched my clothes ..and at this rate I'll be coming home with a case full of goodies.
shhhhhhh don't tell my hubby yet ..Lol

My friend reminded yesterday about the 'raffle' nappy cake with the 'cowboy' theme (I was hoping she'd forgotten about it)
Thank god she doesn't need it til May.

:rotfl: You could just pack a smaller suitcase inside a bigger one then you have a whole empty case when you get there ;)
