Re - the Pampers offer I posted last night. Have just looked on their website and it doesn't include the nappies I like best - Pampers newborn size 2. They are still 2 for £16. Best if you check before heading down there!
About taking labels off; I didn't know what to do about the soft toy "paper" labels as some of the toys I've bought are 6 or 12 mths plus. I think it's to do with the little beans inside. Worried about taking them off and then baby has accident chewing and I'm liable. I think it's O.K. to buy that age group as most toys are kept on shelves etc at first.
What do you ladies think?0 -
Personally, I will be leaving as many tags on as possible so the reciever knows everything is new. (Will tuck them away though)
As for the tags on toys - once it's given as a gift, the parent becomes responsible for making sure the child doesn't choke on things, so I wouldn't worry.Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. Shelley, I am so glad that your stall did so well, I bet you were really chuffed!
I was showing my Mum the cake I made for my cousin and she said "oooh, what a fabulous idea, you should sell them at your dad's craft fairs" My Dad runs craft fairs across my local area so I'm going to have a go. I've been busy this weekend making a few but I need to build up my stock of ribbon because it's all a bit boring and samey I feel.
Anyway here goes, hope I can do these pictures right...
EDIT- WOW! I'm sorry they're so big! Goodness knows how that happened!

Hiya yes I was really pleased and it was great to see which was the most popular and to get feedback. I would definitely recommend it and if your Dad runs craft fairs that makes it so much easier so go for it.
I found my yellow duck 3 tier was the most popular but i've only got two of them and sold them. I found that people liked the 3 tier and cupcakes best so I will concentrate on those more now.
I think your cakes are lovely - I love the teddy on the blue one.
Keep up the good work.:TLittle Miss Chatterbox

I had this headache too Moonpenny, I tend to leave the age of the toy on the tag and on my ingredients card I list the recommended age just in case. It is a worry though you have to think of everythingLittle Miss Chatterbox

Thanks for the comments everyone, very much appreciated!
I loved the teddy on the blue one and nicknamed him "Eric" lol! He's from Ikea and only cost £1.59 which I thought was fantastic value! Wish I'd bought more now!
