I've made up my first twin cake tonight and it was a bit of a challenge. I had to put double of everything in so therefore it turned into a 4 tier :rotfl:
Heres a pic:
I also made my first yellow cake for a girl in work. I used a Primark blanket for the first time and its a lot fluffier than the others - nice though xLittle Miss Chatterbox

Shelley your cakes look fab!!! ... love the twin one it looks so different from the normal cakes you do, the lemon one is lovely aswellmy fav has to be the twin though!!
What do you think of the primark blankets? I love them! I need to go a couple more for my little girl as a couple of hers are getting tatty now!
Julie, I am sure you could copy the sushi idea and put your own twist on ityour things are lovely ... I am also sure if you priced them competatively you could sell them on ebay
RHJ any luck with your neutral bright cake? I was thinking you could do similar to Moonpennys beautiful bright design but with your own twist, not sure if you have an au naturale but they had rolls of ribbons for £1.25 reduced from £5 in various colours, spots, check patterns and organza style aswell ... shelley that may also help youRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
