Another Tim Hawker special using pimped out
letterhead of Wright Hassall
Nearly everyday, people are told NOT to give
personal data to scammers
THAT APPLIES TO YOU AS WELL
Tim Hawker works for Wright Hassall
the argument is whether the PPC have instructed WH and where is the chain of authority from ZZPS0 -
UPDATE: Received this email back.
Is it correct to reply to this giving details, to get a template reply from them?
TIAAny other thoughts on how to move forward with this email correspondence?
TIA
Dear Mr Hawker
Thank you for your email.
I am rather concerned that you are requesting details given I have provided you with a full response to your letter of (insert date) and your reference number.
It would appear you are attempting to stall matters by asking such questions.
Perhaps you can also confirm by return, your full name, address, and whether you are emailing from a secure account.
Please provide me with the name of the solicitor in charge of the case so a relevant complaint can be made.

Update: Another email response from "Tim Hawker". Template style asking for just first line of address and postcode.
I guess I'm not going to get a real response to enable me to point out protocol errors etc.
Do I now just wait for the inevitable court papers?0 -
respond back, again asking why they are failing to answer your reasonable questions
You will bring this to the courts attention should they be foolish enough to try a claim, under rule CPR27.14(s)(g) to show they are unreaosnable litigants.0 -
Keep asking the same question until you get a sensible reply. If this was to go to court you then have evidence of their unreasonable behaviour to support a claim for CPR27(14)(2)(g) costs. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Thank you, just to clarify do I send a reply re-asking the same questions along with the fact I will bring this to the courts attention, under rule CPR27.14(s)(g) to show they are unreasonable litigants?
Or just keep that to myself should this go to court?0 -
Add in the bit about unreasonable costs
Refer to your letter of X responding to them as well, so there is a trail of all the times you contacted them.0
