We don't need to see any debt collector letters...boring and toothless, file it. :)

Thanks for taking the time to explain, how many more would you usually expect to receive?
Any heads up on what might happen next?

If you search this forum and pepipoo for 'Excel' you will find you get BW Legal letters, then a court claim.

But take heart from the fact that these are winnable.

Only response I have had since sending the failure to provide an NTK response email to appeals @ Excel has been the following email. Response required or ignore once more? TIA.

HEY, it's ZZPS:rotfl::rotfl:, nobody contacts ZZPS unless you want to speak to a nomad who will attempt to extort money from you.

    "personal matter" indeed :rotfl:

Put this in your spam folder and sooner or later your email
provider will place all such emails to anyone in the spam folder

    Thank you beamerguy

Side question, if the claim reaches court - is it possible for a relative/friend to represent you?
    Speak on your behalf etc?

Yes, search the forum for 'lay representative' and ''show posts'' (not threads) and you will find loads have done this, and won.

UPDATE: Freedom of Information request from the Darlington Council came back.

Original letter shows the following address:
    St Cuthberts Way Car Park
    Darlington
    DL1 1RP

Council response when asking with regards to non-domestic rates is as follows:
"Our records show that there is no non-domestic rate properties (assessments) called St Cuthberts Way Car Park or car parks in St Cuthberts Way. If you are referring to the car park in Brunswick Street, DL1 1SG, the landowner details are Excel Parking Services Ltd. I am afraid that we don’t have any additional landowner information."

Note different address of DL1 1SG - not sure if this can aid my case, as I have no further landowner details to appeal too.

    Thanks in advance.
