Yeah hearing was in Southampton, Claim no F5DP9F8P
I was delayed for nearly 2hours then spent about 10mins in the actual court. Judge Taylor said he had 3 issues with the case from the off, the extra charges , my tenancy agreement and something with the land owners . I think the BW legal solicitor had been on the end of the same situation a few times . The Judge said the case from them was poorly put together and a was as surprised the case was even allowed to get to court . He was also very dismissive of all of the parking companies the they way they bring bogus claims to court , said it was getting to be a big waste of court time and they may have to do something about it. Overall it was clear to me that the judge was on my side from the off, got my cheque a couple of days ago, so a good result in the end !5 -
Amazing, so was it a BWLegal rep or SCSLaw.
Dan, if it's OK with you, you are going in the Abuse of Process thread part 2.
Love the summary by Judge Taylor1 -

Well done on your win - ANOTHER PREMIER PARK ONE BITES THE DUST!
They should, and perhaps we should, consider this line of attack:
''Not all companies may be trading in breach of the public interest and it is important to distinguish between a company who may provide a poor product or service, or with whom you may have a commercial dispute (or even be owed money) and a company which is:- Causing significant harm to stakeholders, including customers and suppliers; or
- Acting fraudulently; or
- Having significant irregularities in its affairs or be trading in a way that does not appear to demonstrate integrity or a social conscience.
2. Complain to the Secretary of State
If the above legal proceedings are a cost that you do not wish to incur, or if you do not have the ability to issue such proceedings (you are not a creditor or your claim is not straightforward and clear) then another option is to file a complaint with the Secretary of State.
Complaints may be registered with the Insolvency Service Investigation and Enforcement Services by filling in a form which can be found online here.
It is only worth filing such a complaint where the company falls within one of the three categories listed above.''
