What are you looking for specifically? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Newbies thread post 2 takes you through this precisely
DO you want to be told you should settle for around 80% of the claim falue as you have "No defence"? If YES, then agree to mediation. If no, then no...0 -
You seem to have given up following the guidance offered in the NEWBIES thread. Why is that?
Instructions on how to answer every single question on that form are clearly given in Bargepole's 'what happens when' post linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES thread.0 -
Ok i'll read through it again, apologies i can't make sense with a lot of it.0

The "track" they refer to is a name they give the small claims court, like the major claims track or the high court track. The DQ is the Directions Questionnaire and it asks, as you by now have found out by revisiting the NEWBIE post #2, where you want the case heard (your local court), how many witnesses will be attending and do you agree to mediation - NO!0

Read bargepole's thread, it's in plain English. Why do people say it's confusing?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
