Thanks i've read through the info on the stickies and returned the form following the guidlines on how to answer. I've also returned a form to my local MP allowing them to look into the claim on my behalf .0

Ok i've read through the STICKY and returned the N180 form by email to both Northampton and the Claimant, i can't find anything about if it should be sent in the post as well or just emailing the documents will be enough. I've recieved my copy from the claimant through the post so was wondering if i should do the same?0

You are required to serve it on the C
Do they explicitly allow you to serve via email? If NOT, and the CPRs require they explicitly ALLOW service by email, then only sending by email is NOT SUFFICIENT.0 -
I'll post as well, thanks0

Ok so just a quick update , i now have a court date in a few months time.
My local MP spoke to PPL but unfortunately they were unable to get the notice dropped , however thy have sent me the letter they recieved in which PPL cliam my building is monitored by there operatives and there is clear singage. No operatives patrol and there are no longer any signs after they were tsaken down. We were never notified when they were originally going to be put up or taken down.
I'm assuming this helps my case?!
Should i include photos of all of the carpark with no signs?0 -
That all helps your case and needs to go into your WS & evidence, as per the directions telling you about the date to fie & serve those (in the court hearing date letter).
Read CEC16's thread now as there is more to add to a WS than we had before.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I will never post a link to a thread where I've said who the author was! The point of this is, on this board at least, given the subject matter, newbies need to learn who to use the forum properly.
Honestly, you will be grateful later when you need to research stuff. This is not a forum for spoonfeeding links to threads that are right here and easy to find.
And never use a phone on this forum (not sure if you were but you miss half the functionality).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
