It's been some 12-13 years since i last bought any White goods and in those days we had these strange things called shops (sorry for swearing kids) but as we all know things change and apart from the like of John Lewis/Debenhams/Argos what other options are open to me, on my search i have found ww.appliancesdirect.co.uk but never used them before, i'm not intrested in cheapest place but i would love to find someone with good customer service and i don't mind paying for it just no idea where to look nowadays, Any suggestions?

Best and cheapest won't necessarily go hand in hand, especially if you need any customer service post sale. JL will price match with traditional bricks and mortar stores that have online sales. Do your research, find what you want and hunt down the cheapest store. Then decide if you want the cheapest at the loss of any CS or if you are prepared to price match with a traditional High Street store.0

Cheap is cheap for a reason, normally no let alone poor CS, i'm more intrested in suggestion or shops to buy from be it onlline or retail outlet, the kind of fridge/freezer i'm after (white, 50/50, frost free, freezer with 4 draws and about 350l) seem to be as rare as rocking horse poop.
I had gone to all the websites i could think of (JL/Argos/Debenhams plus etc) took a note of every manf they had, and went to those manf sites and looked at what they had and only came away 3 models and they were Hotpoint XAO95T2UGOJH from AO, Miele KFN29042Dwh Discovery and a Liebherr CNef3915 Comfort both from https://www.appliancesdirect.co.uk and even these are not spot on but best i could find, hence looking for other outlets to broaden my search.

I've used both AO and SonicDirect recently. Sonic delivered and installed next day on a bank holiday weekend but I do live fairly close to the store.0

I use John Lewis, either order on line or go into shop. Had no problems and some of their items have an extra year's guarantee at no extra cost and deliver for free.0

Be careful if you order an electric cooker from John Lewis, they are very picky about installing. Their installer said cooker switch was too close to the hobb and would not install. Had to get an electrican in, he said our switch was well within the regulations.0

If you live near Gloucester/Bristol, try Gillman's or Horders. I got them to price match ANY online prices.0

I usually look at JL and decide what I want (look at the feedback) then go to our local euronics to see what they recommend, whether the price is close and if they can fit it - euronics always manage to be competitive and having it fitted is always a bonus.0
