My T&Cs maybe weren't clear enough!
So what are you suggesting, if someone posts something on this thread about Ford Money we should just ignore them?
Apologies by the way for not realising before now that you are the sole owner of this thread."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
Thanks for teaching an old badger a new word. Concatenate:j
There are few examples here how to extend name to become at least 8 characters.
oldbadger, veryintrigued, fun4everyone, eskbanker, EachPenny not enough ??
I myself try to avoid a mix of upper and lowercase as they might be case sensitive and you might forget one is lower or upper case.0 -

oldbadger...
I think you should withdraw that suggestion immediately adindas.
Youthfulbadger would be far more appropriate
P.s. to avoid future confusion, my name's not Penny"In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
Fair play to Ford money - I requested an ISA transfer to them on Monday afternoon and the funds have already been transferred by my existing provider.
Considering the number of accounts that must have been opened in the last two days that's remarkably efficient!
I can now start moving money into my regular saver.0 -

I found it interesting that Ford weren't going to close accounts straight away, but they want to Explorer the Ranger Options (finance).
Don't organise your fiesta just yet - as they may not have had time to focus on the RS accounts people have taken the option of opening. They may decide to do some fusion and merge them or close them entirely - or they may adopt a hybrid approach. Hopefully that won't hold up the transit of the money to savers accounts.
I doubt much will happen until after bank holiday mondeo though! They could of course then act with lightning speed.0 -

Typical that any decent rates sell out fast. Classic behaviour by Ford.Take my advice at your peril.0

Indeed but she is the person who called herself an oldbadger in post #49.
My suggestion you might be better using the name "missmoneypenny" rather than EachPenny. Set the reminder, James Bond so you will not forget it.0 -

On another thread few people are discussing to open 50 of them. In more extreme case, 400 RS ISA funded with just £25 - £50 on the first month so their money will get interest of 4% of full £20,000 for a full year. Whether they actually did this, I have no idea. No wonder it is sold out quick ...0
