It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

  • Morning :D

All smalls delivered safely to school. Older two out of school on trips today. Always makes me worry :o I don't think I'll ever get use to it :rotfl:

A list miles long to sort today. Although I did get quite a lot of it ticked off through the night ;) so will definitely fit time in for coffee :rotfl:

Happy Monday all, hope everyone is well, be sure to wrap up. It's freezing today!
  • Morning Hidden
Yes, it is very cold. I have a huge list too and I won't get nearly as much of it ticked off as you will. Take care.

    Also:
Spoken to relevant people over new debt all seems in order.

Finished the activity a day for December, and started relevant 'packs' for each activity so everything is together for each day.
Need some more oats (for reindeer food) and marshmallow for snowman soup. Possibly some glue will monitor for the first few activities and decide then.

Made a start on Children in need outfits for Friday.
  • Wow you're on flying form today Hidden!

On the cleaning thing - call it quits on that for the day maybe - kids make messes, that's what they do, you can't constantly be cleaning around them. Just wipe up anything spilled and leave anything more though - fingermarks and dirty footsteps killed nobody! ;)

Home Bargains had cheap packs of mini marshmallows when I was in there on saturday - not sure if you have no nearby but worth a thought if so.

  • Amazing how much I can get done when I've had no sleep :rotfl:

Roast is cooked for dinner, smalls just playing for half hour before we dish up. Uniforms washing and will get them dried why they eat then iron once they're bathed and in bed. No other cleaning to be done. Will hoover their rooms after them playing while they are in the bath, then clean the bath when they get out ;)

Will check home bargains thank you never think of there!

Have visitor for a cuppa again once smalls are in bed so glad I got everything done today.

Errrmmm... *scratches head* Hoovering and cleaning baths definitely counts as cleaning lovely! Go on, give your carpets a break and let the hoover lie for an evening, why not! You've had no sleep, you've had all sorts of health stuff going on over the past few weeks, just ease up a bit eh? (Anyway - it's money saving, you'll save electricity, and wear and tear on both hoover AND carpets/rugs/floor... :p).
