Hi, Hidden. Hope you have a great holiday. When we lived in Blackpool, our little ones loved Stanley Park, next to the zoo. Don't know if it's still as good, it was 20+ years ago, but worth a look, and free. M2m.

Have a lovely holiday, Hidden, and a few treats for the wee ones. I know you'll all have a great time.
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.
  • Thank you :D

Just waiting for school pick up time then we can set off!

DD managed her 100% attendance still :D I'm not sure which excited her most this morning. The attendance or holiday/half term :rotfl:

Have got everything packed and clean and double checked :o
Drawn £100 out (£30 is kids spends off grandparents) I've paid in the £50 survey cheque and requested £20 from PanelBase. Waiting on a couple of other cash outs too so don't feel too guilty spending money as it will be replace by survey money.

Hope everyone else has a lovely half term x
  • Have a wonderful time, Hidden! And, be prouder of yourself - you've single handedly created this opportunity of having a lovely family holiday through sheer hard work, resilience and determination. You should celebrate your success!!

  • We arrived safely thank you :D

    All smalls tucked up.

Mr Sains delivery here, all put away and meal plan up on the fridge. Kids loved the fact it had shop bought treats in :rotfl:

I managed to reach £25 on Pureprofile so have cashed out although it says it won't hit the bank until the 1st December

Think I might need to buy myself some wellies tomorrow (the kids all have theirs) We want to do the nature trail activities (all free) but its very wet! I don't think my trainers will cut it :rotfl: Tempted to get Amazon to deliver some so I can use vouchers :o But not sure how long it will take to actually reach us so could be too late into the week
  • Wow its wet!

We just stayed local today, played in soft play, made chocolate apples and decorated them and carved pumkins.

Smalls all showered and playing dominos, so taking 10 minutes to myself.

I think if the weather stays like this the Zoo won't be happening this week.

NSD today. DD wants to visit the arcades with their 2p box though. Think it will be tomorrow now. I really could do with topping up my phone early because I've no data left along with no calls! Must have been very chatty this last week :rotfl:
