Have a wonderful time and if you can afford it then please do treat yourself a little, as you say you never really spend on anything and its nice to be able to treat yourself whilst you're away.

  • Evening HI,

Have a lovely break, make sure that you manage to get some rest and definitely have some treats. Just because you're debt busting doesn't mean you shouldn't have fun.

    Big hugs xxx

I'm finally sitting down with a cuppa and catching up with Educating Manchester ;) Local people :rotfl:

I think I've got everything sorted now and everything clean enough to be happy about leaving.

Have baked some flapjack/muffins and bits tonight while pottering about doing bits of cleaning etc so will take these too.

I think I've decided to still be sensible, take advantage of the free activities and places to visit and the day out I have Mr T vouchers. Then the one day at the zoo but take drinks/lunches etc with us.

The food shop is ordered, I have drawn £100 out of the bank and hoping this covers everything. Zoo entry/bits and pieces the kids will want etc. I don't want to feel I say no to everything but don't want to regret over spending either. Guess I need a balance. Struggling with this balancing don't I ;):o

I probably won't get on much, the reception isn't brilliant anyway and I want to make sure I don't spend my time with my face in my phone :o

Have a lovely relaxing time. I am so pleased that you are just thinking it all through and considering that balance. It is paramount and you are getting there. Here's hoping you have reconciled that £100 you have with you and you are not going to beat yourself up about it.

It's that time when you need to slightly reward yourself and the children for the frugality of your normal day-to-day lifestyle by having a considered reward. If anyone deserves it, it is you. Have a great week. x
