  • I get quite mad too :rotfl: There has been some team issues going on and some right dirty play this season!

Fajita's is the only thing I 'brown' the chicken for with the spice mix, into the slowcooker with peppers/onions/tomatoes and anything else that needs using ;) on low 6 hours or so. If I don't have time to brown it off I coat the chicken in the seasoning and just chuck it in and it still works and isn't as strong.

Thanks hidden, we eat generally veggie, so I do mine with butter beans instead of chicken. So I'll just try chucking It all in and see how we go! Thanks!

Missy I do my fahitas in the slow cooker too and it does make it less spicy! I mix a sachet with passata and then shred the chicken once cooked and mix back through. Actually one of my favourite teas and so easy! Oh just read that you do your veggie ha!

Meal plan looks good HI xx

    Cold turkey!

No bread at all :o The smalls still have bread though.

Still going with no coffee/sugar in brews/fizzy pop etc too. I've lost over a stone!
