Hmmm I'm wondering whether to cook a roast.... Not sure I can be bothered lol I'm so lazy!
  • Kids love a roast on a Sunday :rotfl: I think I might have some of the chicken with some homemade coleslaw and salad.
  • Nothing beats a roast on a Sunday, especially if it is raining outside as it is here ;) Not worth it for just me though as OH up looking after my daughter who had all her wisdom teeth out Friday in her local hospital. The plan was for me to go up and look after her but I have come down with a dreadful cold (courtesy of granddaughter)so thought it best I stay away.

Hope all your littlies get on well at school tomorrow HI. Is it your youngests' first day? Good luck for new job too when that starts.

I do love a roast when it rains! It's sunny here. I'm doing Jamie Oliver's meat balls for dinner I think..... Or maybe a roast.... Arghh I don't know, I was going to give roast seitan a try, but observing if I can be brothered. God why am I so lazy lol
  • Thanks hidden :) might try your wraps recipe next time I run out of bread or pittas- I am trying to get into that mindset of using what I've got in instead of going to shops (which have done almost daily recently! ) Have so much flour in house, must use it up really! so thanks for the recipe and best of luck with continued debt busting! :D
  • Ps another one here who's wondering about whether to do roast or not today lol ;)
  • Roast on a Sunday should be the law! :rotfl:

Formula 1 takes priority first though! Only on the 3rd lap and dirty play going on!

It is the youngest's first day tomorrow :( I'm so nervous! She's been so well the last 3 months it really makes me worry :o She's only doing an hour a day but that hour is still a long time for germs to spread in a group of 3 year olds.

I know she needs it though, she's quite behind and it will do her good to be in a 'normal' 3 year old setting. Plus I need her to get upto full time to make working worthwhile :o Not at the expense of her health though. I have a back up plan should mainstream not work out.

We are having big changes with some of her meds this month and this is another worry. I really don't agree with how they plan on switching some things so it's been delayed starting it but now I'm worried the longer its delayed the nearer we are getting to the harder months on her lungs are coming quite quickly!
  • Obviously a bit of a worry for you but it really will do her good to be with children her own age and I'm sure school will keep a close eye on her and alert you if there are any problems with her health. Hope it all goes well tomorrow.
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.

Bless you, such a worry for you! Winter coming and school are such big things for you and your family. Big hugs. I like watching the f1 highlights as I get cross watching it and struggle to contain my language with young ones about! So best I watch it later!
  • I am worried but I know realistically she has to go to school eventually even if I don't want her too :p She's only there Mon-weds and fri this week too good job I looked at her welcome pack :rotfl:

I'm watching F1 live I will also watch the highlights on C4 I love F1.

The weather is awful today! I'm sure the radiators come on this morning! (I have the thermostat set at 15!!) I hope it isn't this horrid at weekend!
