Despite me paying off my outstanding balance Npower seem intent on blocking me moving to another energy provider. How can they do this? Any advice gratefully received. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

    When did you clear your debt with them?

    When did you try to switch?

    What did they say when the switch was blocked?
