Any point

Options
Really not feeling it at the moment.

I've been cooking yesterday and today so the freezer is stocked and we have nice meals for the week.

Do I do the ironing next or nothing. What a choice.

It's 1.30 and I've nothing really to do until I go to bed.

This is the downside of having no money.

Please don't suggest going for a walk. That will take up an hour then what???

What is the actual point of weekends??? Xx

If nothing planned then it's playing on the PS4 and catching up with TV shows that I have not managed to watch in the week.

There's no reason why you can't read before bedtime!

A walk can be for as long as you want it to be, and will release some endorphins that might make you feel brighter.

You mention "we" in your post. Can you do something with your "we"? Is there a neighbour who would be happy to talk to someone for a while? I have one or two who are on their own and will invite them round for a coffee. Do you like jigsaws? I don't but one of my daughters does them.
  • Haven't you got any hobbies? You won't feel good if all you do is housework.

I tend to spend my time off just watching tv/playing video games/reading. I don't do an awful lot.

Do you have a partner as you say 'we' in your post?

    Seriously??

A bored person is a boring person.

Being bored has nothing to do with being broke.

Go enjoy the sunshine and sit outside with a good book! (Free from the local library...)

Or go volunteer at your local old people's home and read to someone, play games with them etc...

    Do stop moaning!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

I'm sure there are some people who would love to have the luxury of being bored.

It's like a winters day out there so I don't fancy a walk thanks. I never said I was bored. Just feeling meh!

The we in question is my daughter (18) who is out with Boyf and my husband who is doing diy.

I don't want to go to the pub or the cinema. All our friends will want to go out (money we don't have). My parents and two best friends are away on holiday. It's Sunday.

    Xx
