Lil_me, he is prone to colds developing into chest infections, and spent a week in hospital last year (December) with pneumonia. It's just trying to balance what each Doctor says, the GP will give him an antibiotic to be 'on the safe side', where his consultant has said to be wary of antibiotics just to be on the safe side, as last year he had 10 prescriptions for them!
But yes, I think I will get him in and get his chest checked out.
It was Christmas time in the bathroom and hall! Polystyrene snow everywhere, was hoovering it off the walls!
TEMPTATION! DS2 ripped up the box of G&B chocks last night, so i said I'd split them up and use them in gifts. So here I am sitting with a mug, a pair of socks and the box of G&B's. They smell yummy.... I could try just one....0 -

Biff, no not yet, Pigpen will post the link on this thread when it is done, save anyone getting left behind!
Tiamai aww bless him poor fella, hope you get something to relieve it for him.
kazmeister, just had a nosey, wow!!! Made me really fancy cake, but I think I have packed all my cake tins and sent them over the new housesuppose I could make a square/flatter one. Actually, I might make an apple crumble, just really fancy something sweet now.
Right fed Sonic, DP just rang to say he'll be about half an hour, well maybe longer now as I mentioned the bin and he'd forgot! So he's popping over the new house to do that. People who were emptying the house had filled it with stuff. Time for boys bath, will do some more packing while I am up there. One day I might be more organised...........

don't you love the words "mum I need my PE kit for tomorrow" ........The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Hi dustykitten,
...and those other favourites:
'I need to be an Egyptian for assembly today' (said at 8.20am)
'We're cooking today. Did you get****?' (Complete with any obscure ingredient that I never have)
'I need £3 for a revision book/art book/locker keys etc etc' (always on a day when I have no cash, or no change...)
No indoor flying today, but dug up a row and a half of potatoes on the allotment this morning, and cut down a huge climber in the back garden, as well as taking an old mattress and loads of garden rubbish to the tip this afternoon.
I'm at home tomorrow, as my car is in for a MOT. I'm not sure if I can take a change in rooms, I'm barely managing to keep up as it is!It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
One of the PE t'shirts was in the ironing - all school stuff ironed now. Shorts and socks in the machine now - Thank god for the AGA - they'll be dry in the morning.
Going to do rest of the ironing now but might not do the duvet cover - leaving that until last. More ebay stuff finishing at 8:30 so will be back then xThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
