BUSY week this week as its open eveings for secondary school transfer this week here. My DD is in year5 but i don't like to leave looking round until year 6 just in case. She'll probably go with my 3DS but I'd like to have a proper look at the girls school and our most local school again.

I wasn't sure about the weekend list but in fact it was good- i printed off my chirsmas card list and started thinking seriously about plannign for chirstmas

its a shame about the postal strike as i was going to list my stuff on ebay this week- I'll wait now until the end of this week.

Good luck to everyone with thier week's lists

Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.

Just checking in - going to rescue the bedrooms and S&S the bathroom. I'm giving myself until 10am to get jobs done and then I'm off for a walk, how far will depend on my ankle and how hot/cold I get. My body was lovely and warm going to school this morning but my fingers were still cold with gloves on  Oh well. One load of "leftovers" from yesterday that weren't dry are out on the line and I'll put another load in before I leave. OH washed most of the dishes this morning but I ended up making his lunch :rotfl::rotfl: I knew I'd end up doing one of them!

Going to make Tuna Pasta Bake for tea as I'm planning on baking this afternoon/evening to warm the kitchen up ;) ALso have ebay items to sort - which requires me booting up the other computer  Until we manage to sort out whats what it looks like I'm going to end up with 2 computers on during the day while I move files from one to the other and delete stuff we no longer need (like a Excel tracker page for ebay sales last updated March 2006!):rolleyes:

Oh well, bedrooms are yelling. Will check back in later when I get back from my walk.

Sorry to hear your news poohbear

pigpen I'm all for sending Christmas cards - so I need to pm you my email and address and you'll sort it out? If you want people could pm me and I could sort that out - save you a job?

Well so far today I have done 2 hours ironing (yes I was up early) washed the dishes, gathered up and put the recycling out, made DD's lunch and got them both off to school.

I tried to use my TD and it tripped my electric when I turned it on - it was fine last night - fuse's ok so I hope it is something else simple and not a new TD!

Right I'm going to crack on
