Cowboy Builder doing work without contract

By the way, profit is calculated using a Profit and Loss Account, or nowadays using an Income and Expenditure Account. I have never heard of a profit pie chart, and cannot imagine how this would be devised, or how it could show profit.
But the main point in my view is still about the danger of someone who is not qualified fitting a gas appliance.0 -
I'm amazed how many builders don't have a contract in place before they take on a job simply because it's the best way to establish clarity with the client over the scope of work you are intending to do and how and when you expect to be paid for work and materials. I suspect in this instance both parties will tread more carefully in future!
As well as a website identifying "Cowboy builders" the trade is crying out for a website identifying "Rogue Residents" ;-)0
